Wrongful Discharge Attorney

Wrongful discharge (or wrongful termination) is a claim brought by a former employee who alleges that he or she was wrongfully fired. Although many employees who have been fired believe their terminations were wrongful, a legal claim of wrongful termination requires that the employee must have been fired for an illegal reason.
